# Executive Summary
Effective Altruism Sweden (EA Sweden) is a non-profit organization (sv: ideell förening), dedicated to bringing together and enabling individuals, projects, and organizations to identify and act in the most effective ways – by using evidence, care and rigorous analysis – to have a positive impact in the world.
We pursue this mission in three main ways: building a thriving Swedish EA community, providing individuals with career support and assisting projects and organizations.
# Community
We foster a community of epistemically humble individuals who are ambitious in their altruistic pursuits. This is achieved through outreach to people and groups with high-impact potential, as well as through events, conferences, our website, and Slack workspace. These platforms provide resources, motivation, and spaces (both physical and virtual) for connecting with others who share similar goals.

# Purpose of this report
This impact report aims to, in a transparent way, share what EA Sweden has been working on the past year, the outcomes and cost-effectiveness of the activities we have run and, based on this, reflect on how we should adjust our strategy to amplify our impact in 2025. Our intention is that the report will be interesting and valuable for both members of the Swedish EA community and for other organizations with similar scope and goals.
# Career Support
We support individuals by offering career counseling, in-depth career courses, and information on how to build impactful and fulfilling careers based on their skills and experiences. This includes sharing open high-impact opportunities, providing personalized job recommendations, and offering guidance throughout the application and job search process.
