I have worked with data collection and processing, training large ML models, and leading small teams. Experience in small startups, and was an engineer at SpaceX.

We almost always do some type of dataset or benchmark.

Have published at least one paper previously in machine learning.  I usually do not have enough time to teach the basics of machine learning so this usually helps.



Beyond that I usually just like to check about language proficiency. If we can't understand each other it's a significant blocker to progress being made.
