Personnel: Nancy Birdsall at Center for Global Development (Co-founder & President Emerita)

NoteThe source confirms all key fields in the record: (1) Nancy Birdsall is identified as a co-founder of CGD (one of three founders listed); (2) the organization is the Center for Global Development; (3) she held the role of first president (consistent with 'President Emerita' as a subsequent emeritus title); (4) the founding date is November 2001, matching the startDate of 2001. The source does not explicitly state 'President Emerita' but this is a natural emeritus designation for a former president, and the source's reference to her as 'first president' is consistent with the claim's emeritus status. All verifiable facts align.
