The Open Philanthropy Project recommended a grant of $150,000 to Law For Black Lives (L4BL) to support criminal justice reform work, including convening and aligning grassroots groups around criminal justice issues. The purpose of this grant is to support L4BL as it grows its lawyer network and to maintain the alignment between the Movement for Black Lives and key decarceral strategies.
