[Global Health & Development] Grant investigators: Alexander Berger This page was reviewed but not written by the grant investigator. CGD staff also reviewed this page prior to publication. Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $100,000 over two years to the Center for Global Development (CGD) to support an evaluation of its past impact. CGD plans to use these funds to conduct case studies of past development policy victories as well as policy ideas that have not yet yielded results with the goal of better understanding causal mechanisms and limitations for achieving influence and impact through specific policy proposals. This follows our June 2019 support and falls within our focus area of global health and development.
