Plant Based Foods Institute — International Regranting Against Labeling Laws (2024)

[Alternatives to Animal Products] Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $257,000 to the Plant Based Foods Institute (PBFI). PBFI will regrant funds to organizations outside the U.S. that advocate against restrictive labeling regulations for plant-based foods. This follows our December 2022 support and falls within our focus area of farm animal welfare, specifically within our interest in alternatives to animal products.
