Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative — 2025 Summer Fellowship

[Global Catastrophic Risks Capacity Building] Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $350,000 to Cambridge Boston Alignment Initiative to support its Summer Research Fellowship. Fellows will work closely with established AI safety researchers to produce meaningful research outputs and participate in workshops, seminars, and related events. This grant was funded via a request for work that builds capacity to address risks from transformative AI. This falls within our focus area of Global Catastrophic Risks Capacity Building.
