Observer Research Foundation America — Indian Air Pollution Models

[South Asian Air Quality] Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $80,000 to Observer Research Foundation America to support Dr. Shayak Sengupta’s work on developing simplified models of air pollution in India. This grant is part of our work supporting the development of simplified pollution models that are accessible to non-specialized scientists, which we see as a key component of encouraging air quality policy analysis in India. This grant falls within our focus area of South Asian air quality.
