Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $1,500,000 to the Working Families Organization (WFO) to continue to support its work on prosecutor accountability and criminal justice reform. The funding will enable WFO to increase its organizing capacity, promote accountability demands among voters, and advocate for the election of reform-minded prosecutors. These funds are restricted to work on criminal justice reform and cannot be used to support other WFO priorities. This follows our November 2019 support and falls within our focus area of criminal justice reform.
