Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $100,000 to Mijente to support work on criminal justice reform. Mijente, a national hub for Latinx- and Chincanx-focused organizing and direct action, plans to use these funds to pay for staff and other operating expenses related to criminal justice reform. This follows our July 2019 support and falls within our focus area of criminal justice reform.
