[Global Catastrophic Risks Capacity Building] Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of $285,000 to the University of Chicago to support the Existential Risk Laboratory (formerly known as the Chicago School of Existential Risk), which is a summer research fellowship for undergraduate and graduate students focused on reducing existential risks.
