[Farm Animal Welfare] Open Philanthropy recommended a grant of €170,000 (approximately $176,392 at the time of conversion) over three years to Nederlandse Vissersbond to support R&D on FloMo, a more humane instrument for capturing wild fish. The research will be led by Dr. Edward Schram and will be made freely available to the public. This falls within our focus area of farm animal welfare, specifically within our interest in fish welfare.
