The European AI Office is the centre of AI expertise across the EU, that promotes the development and deployment of AI solutions that benefit society and the economy.

The AI Office plays a central role in implementing research and innovation policies, including in strategic areas such as healthcare. The Office plays a key role in implementing the AI Act - especially for general-purpose AI -, and promotes the EU’s approach to artificial intelligence both globally and through AI for Good initiatives.
