Arkansas AI Laws (HB 1958 & HB 1876)

Two AI laws signed by Governor Sarah Huckabee Sanders. HB 1958 requires public entities to develop AI use policies. HB 1876 establishes that individuals who provide input to generative AI own the output (subject to copyright). Notable for being one of the first state laws addressing AI-generated content ownership.
